ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me pursuant to the Petitioner's October 19, 2000 appeal of DHEC's denial of a wastewater
permit. By letter dated September 20, 2001, counsel for Petitioner informed this office that the parties had reached a
settlement and that Petitioner wished to withdraw his appeal. Finding good cause, I hereby DISMISS Petitioner's appeal
with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
