ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This contested case comes before the undersigned as the result of an agency transmittal from the South Carolina Department of
Health and Environmental Control to the Administrative Law Judge Division appealing the suspension of a National Pollution
Discharge Elimination Permit by the Department. The parties have reached an agreement in the matter without the need for a
hearing. A copy of the Consent Order agreed to by the parties is attached and incorporated into this Order by reference.
Accordingly, by and with the consent of the parties, it is ordered and agreed that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
