ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. Pursuant to
my Order for Prehearing Statements dated July 27, 2000, all parties were to file Prehearing Statements
within fifteen (15) days. The Respondent filed its Prehearing Statement on August 14, 2000. The
Petitioner's Order was returned for an incorrect address. The Respondent notified the Court of a new address
on March 20, 2001. A letter was sent to the new address with the Prehearing Statement on March 20, 2001,
directing the Petitioner to file his Prehearing Statement within fifteen (15) days. To date, nothing has been
received from the Petitioner, nor has the Petitioner attempted to contact this office. Failure to comply with
an Order is subject to dismissal of the case pursuant to Rule 23 of the Rules of Administrative Law Judge
Division. Therefore, for good cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
