ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter is before me by motion and consent of all parties for entry of a consent order. This contested case is an appeal taken by
the Petitioner following SCDHEC's denial of permit application no. 2000030028 to Quinn Wilkinson. The application proposed to
construct an individual sewage treatment and disposal system (septic tank) at Lot 2, Butternut Road in Dorchester County, South
Carolina. SCDHEC denied the permit because it was determined that the Petitioner's lot did not comply with current minimum
standards for a conventional or modified conventional sub-surface treatment and disposal system.
After a re-evaluation of the project, the Department has determined that a modified septic system is approved for the property as
evidenced by the permit issued on November 2, 2000. The property owner has agreed to the modifications placed on the permit. The
parties agree that this agreement shall be binding on the Petitioner's heirs and assigns.
It is therefore, ORDERED that permit number 200030028 is issued with the aforementioned modifications.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
