This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. The Petitioner requested a contested
case hearing to review the Respondent's denial of her septic tank permit. By letter dated August 16, 2000, the Petitioner has informed
the Court that she is no longer interested in pursuing this contested case. Therefore, for good cause show, it is hereby:
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
