A letter dated August 2, 2000, from Petitioner Willie Davis, "Trustee Pro-Tem" was filed on August 3, 2000, with the Administrative
Law Judge Division. Mr. Davis states in his letter that he has decided to withdraw his "petition for hearing" in the above matter.
