ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Respondent, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) has agreed
to withdraw renewed NPDES Permit No. SC0000396 (Renewed Permit) which is the subject of this
action. As a result of, and in consideration for DHEC's withdrawal of the Renewed Permit, Milliken
agrees to voluntary dismiss, without prejudice, its Petition for Administrative Review dated April 12,
2000.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
