ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION TO AMEND OR ALTER
The Final Order and Decision was issued in this matter on August 26, 2002. In that Final Order and Decision, the
Administrative Order (A.O. 00-067-W) of the Petitioner was dismissed. On September 6, 2002, the Petitioner filed a
Motion to Alter or Amend the Judgment Pursuant to Rule 59 (E). The Respondent did not respond to the motion.
After careful consideration of the file in this matter, I see no reason to reverse the Final Order and Decision. All of the
issues in the Motion to Alter or Amend were considered by me at the time of the Final Order.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petitioner's Motion to Alter or Amend is DENIED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
