ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On April 6, 2000, a telephone conference
was held, at which time Petitioner agreed to add fill dirt to this property and Respondent, DHEC, has agreed to monitor the
property from November, 2000 until April, 2001. Further, if DHEC still denies the septic tank permit after this period of
time, Petitioner shall have the right to bring another challenge to DHEC's decision.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
