ORDER

This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to Respondents' Suggestion of Bankruptcy and Notice of Operation of Automatic Stay filed April 17, 2001. Respondents assert that on June 9, 2000, they filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 through 1330.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that whereas Petitioner DHEC has not filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay, these cases are stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the docket unless and until Petitioner DHEC makes a motion to restore these cases to the docket.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
