ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to the Agency Transmittal Form received on
November 8, 2001. After Pre-Hearing Statements were filed, the case was set for a hearing to be held on March 6, 2002.
By separate letters dated March 5, 2002, Petitioner and counsel for Respondent indicated the parties had reached a
settlement. Petitioner has agreed to pay a fine in the amount of $200.00 for failing to provide a report to the client;
Respondent has agreed to dismiss the charges of failing to provide a written contract to the client and failing to perform the
work promised. Whereas the matters in issue have been resolved without the need for a contested case hearing, this case
should be dismissed.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing is cancelled and this case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
