ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for January 13, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. The Court was advised by letter dated
January 10, 2000, from Gwendolyn L. Fuller, General Counsel for the South Carolina Department of Insurance, that the
Department did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations in the above matter and that the hearing
will not be necessary. Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §1-23-110(A)(3), a public hearing is not required because there has been
no request by twenty-five (25) persons, a governmental subdivision or agency, or by an association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 13, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 99-ALJ-09-0569-RH is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
