ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division").
Pursuant to the Pretrial Order and Notice of Rescheduled Hearing dated December 14, 1999, the above matter was
scheduled for hearing on the merits for Monday, January 31, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. Prior to the commencement of the scheduled
hearing, counsel for Respondent notified the Division that a settlement was reached by the parties. Subsequently, the parties
forwarded a joint request for dismissal of the above matter. By virtue of the parties reaching a settlement agreement, there
appears to be no further controversy for consideration by the Division, and the parties joint request for dismissal is
incorporated herein as Exhibit 1.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the merit hearing as outlined above is hereby canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
