ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the
request of the South Carolina Department of Social Services Division of Child Day Care Licensing
and Regulatory Services relating to proposed changes to regulations for private and public child day
care centers, private and public group day care homes, child day care centers and group day care
homes operated by religious bodies or groups and licensed and registered family day care homes.
On March 30, 1999, a letter was received from Ada M. Belk, Interim Director of the Division
of Child Day Care Licensing and Regulatory Services, requesting that the hearing scheduled in this
matter be canceled due to non-publication of the notice of public hearing in the State Register.
For the foregoing reason, it is ORDERED that the above captioned case be and hereby is
dismissed and the hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 6, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. is canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
