ORDERS:
ORDER AMENDING CAPTION AND REISSUING FINAL ORDER
A final order in this case was filed on April 22, 2004. Upon review of that order, it became
apparent that the Hares, the applicants for the poultry permit at issue, had not been named as parties
in the action. Under Rule 2 of the Rules of the Administrative Law Court, they should have been.
Mr. and Mrs. Hare did attend the hearing on this matter on August 12, 2003.
It is therefore ORDERED that the caption be amended as shown above with the Hares added
as Party Respondents. In addition, the order filed April 22, 2004 is withdrawn and the attached order
is submitted. The only changes are the change in the caption, the notation of the parties present, and
the date change.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
