ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, a regulatory hearing was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Monday,
April 5, 1999 at the Administrative Law Judge Division hearing room, Edgar A. Brown Building,
1205 Pendleton Street, Columbia, South Carolina.
The Department advised the Administrative Law Judge Division, by letter dated April 2,
1999, that a hearing is unnecessary in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for April 5, 1999 at 10:00 a.m.
is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
