ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division
("Division") upon the request of The South Carolina Department of Social Services
("Proponent"). Proponent filed a request for a public hearing pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110(3) (Supp. 1997) on the promulgation of proposed regulations to with respect to S.C. Code
Ann. § 43-1-80.
Pursuant to a letter dated January 20, 1999, Proponent filed a request for withdrawal of
the proposed regulation, and cancellation of the hearing scheduled for Thursday, March 4, 1999,
at 9:00 a.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing previously scheduled as outlined above,
is canceled and this matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
