ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On November 5, 1998, the South Carolina Department of Revenue ("Department) filed a
request with the Administrative Law Judge Division for a public hearing on amendments to
Regulation 117-181.2. By letter dated November 9, 1998 Chief Counsel for Revenue Litigation
Ronald W. Urban, stated "It has come to my attention that the Department's Notice of Drafting was
done improperly. Accordingly, I must withdraw my request for hearing dates."
For the foregoing reason, it is hereby ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby
is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
