ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard Wednesday, January 13, 1999,
at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina.
This office received a letter dated November 12, 1998, from Leslie Bomar, Legislative
Liaison for the Petitioner. Ms. Bomar states in her letter that there are errors in the State Fire
Marshal Proposed Regulations, thus making them incomplete. She therefore requests that the
hearing scheduled for Wednesday, January 13, 1999 be canceled. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is dismissed.
