ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the request of
the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation ("SCLLR"), State Board of
Architectural Examiners, for a public hearing on a proposed regulation. The hearing on the
proposed regulation has been scheduled for December 9, 1998, at 3:00 p.m. before the
undersigned administrative law judge.
A letter dated November 30, 1998, was sent to the Court from SCLLR advising that the
Board of Architectural Examiners did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed
regulation. Accordingly, pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110, a public hearing is not required
because there have been no requests by twenty-five (25) persons; a governmental subdivision or
agency; or by an association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 9, 1998, at
3:00 p.m. is cancelled, and the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-11-0571-RH is hereby dismissed.
