ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for June 11, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. The Court
was advised by letter dated May 27, 1998, from C. Leslie Bomar, Legislative Liaison for the South
Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, that the Board of Long Term Health
Administrators did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulation in the above
matter and that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 11, 1998, at 9:00 a.m.
is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 98-ALJ-11-0201-RH, is
hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
