ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for June 10, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. The Court
was advised by letter dated May 27, 1998, from C. Leslie Bomar, Legislative Liaison for the South
Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, that the Pilotage Commission - Port of
Port Royal did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulation in the above matter
and that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 10, 1998, at 9:00 a.m.
is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 98-ALJ-11-0198-RH, is
hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
