ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") upon
the request of The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division ("Proponent"), for a public hearing
pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110(3) (Supp. 1997) on the promulgation of proposed regulations
to with respect to S.C. Code Ann. § 23-3-600 thru § 23-3-690.
Pursuant to a letter dated May 27, 1998, and filed by counsel for Proponent, no hearing
requests have been received. In accordance with S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110, a public hearing is not
required because there has been no request for such by twenty-five (25) persons, a governmental
subdivision or agency, or by an association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
THEREFORE, the hearing scheduled for Monday, June 1, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. is CANCELED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
