ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the request of
The South Carolina Department of Insurance for a public hearing pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110(3) (Supp. 1997) on Regulation #69-30 relating to the amending of "Solicitation of Life
Insurance."
In accordance with S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110, a public hearing is not required because there
has been no request by twenty-five (25) persons, a governmental subdivision or agency, or by an
association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
THEREFORE, the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. is
CANCELED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
