ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A Hearing into the above matter is scheduled before me Tuesday, March 31, 1998.
Since scheduling that Hearing Ramona L. Foley, Director of Family Preservation and Child
Welfare Services for the South Carolina Department of Social Services, informed me in a
letter dated March 24, 1998, that no public comments on the proposed revisions to
Supplemental Benefits for Adoption and Medical Assistance regulations were received;
therefore, she requests that the hearing be canceled. Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above case be dismissed.
