ORDERS:
ORDER
The above-entitled case was established as a file by this Division upon receipt of the
request of the Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Public Safety, for a Hearing on the
above-captioned matter. There is no longer the necessity for a hearing in that the Petitioner
did not receive the required request by 25 people for it as mandated pursuant to S.C. Ann. §
1-23-110 (Supp. 1996). Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case be stricken from the
docket.
