ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Division. On March 3,
1997, the undersigned judge received a statement from the Petitioner stating that as of Friday,
February 28, 1997, the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation -
Manufactured Housing Board, had not received, pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §1-23-110(b) (Supp.
1996), a request for a public hearing. Therefore, the Petitioner requested that the hearing be
dismissed.
Pursuant to §1-23-110(b) (Supp. 1996), IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case
be and hereby is dismissed.
