ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
By motion filed April 7, 2004, the Respondent sought to have the Consolidated Final Order
and Decision of this Court dated March 29, 2004 reconsidered. The Appellant’s Return to the
Motion was filed on April 23, 2004. After careful consideration of the Motion and Return to the
Motion for Reconsideration, this Court finds that the Motion should be DENIED. The original order
of the court dated March 29, 2004 will stand.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
