ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the request of the
South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (Occupational Health and Safety
Review Board) for a public hearing on Regulations 127-1.1 through 1.10 relating to the updating
of procedures for making motions, petitions, applications, identification and notification of
representatives of parties and intervenors, and reassignment of cases due to conflict of interest to
the board members prior to and after meetings promulgated pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §
41-15-610(A) (Supp. 1995).
In accordance with S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110, a public hearing is not required because there has
been no request by twenty-five (25) persons, a governmental subdivision or agency, or by an
association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
THEREFORE, the hearing scheduled for Friday, February 7, 1997 at 9:00 a.m. is CANCELLED
and the matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
