ORDERS:
ORDER
The above-entitled case was established as a file by this Division upon receipt of the request of the
proponent, South Carolina Department of Insurance, for a hearing on proposed regulations
pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-111.
The Proponent has requested the hearing scheduled for December 2, 1996, be canceled due to a
filing error. (See attached letter dated November 26, 1996). Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 2, 1996 is hereby canceled and,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case be stricken from the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
