ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulations is set for November 12, 1996, at 9:00 a.m. The Court received a
letter dated October 28, 1996, from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation advising that
the Board of of Veterinary Medical Examiners did not receive any requests for a hearing on the above proposed
regulations and that a hearing would not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for November 12, 1996, at
9:00 a.m. is cancelled and that the above case bearing Docket Number 96-ALJ-11-0377-RH is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
