ORDERS:
ORDER
The above-entitled case was established as a file by this Division upon receipt of the request of the
proponent, South Carolina Department of Insurance, for a hearing on proposed regulations
pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-111.
In accordance with S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110, a public hearing is not required because there has
been no request by twenty-five (25) persons, a governmental subdivision or agency, or by an
association having at least twenty-five (25) members. (See attached letter dated May 22, 1996).
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be stricken from the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
