ORDERS:
ORDER
The above-entitled case was assigned to me by this Division upon receipt of the request of the
Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, for a Hearing on amending
and updating its appeal regulations. There is no longer the necessity for a Hearing in that the
Petitioner did not receive the required 25 requests for a Hearing as mandated pursuant to S.C.
Code Ann. § 1-23-110(3). Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case be stricken from the docket.
