ORDERS:
ORDER
By way of letter dated, March 7, 1996, the Proponent advised this tribunal that a hearing was not
necessary in this matter pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110 (Supp. 1994) on the basis that a
request was made by twenty-five (25) persons, a governmental subdivision or agency, or an
association having not less than twenty-five (25) members.
The Proponent advised the Administrative Law Judge Division that no requests for a hearing were
received by the agency.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 14, 1996, at 9:30 a.m.
is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
