The above-entitled case was established as a file by this Division upon receipt of the request of the proponent, South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board of Chiropractic Examiners, for a Hearing on proposed amendments to Regulations relating to Licensing and Fees, Chapter 25. There is no longer the necessity for a hearing in that the proponent did not receive the required request by 25 people for it as mandated pursuant to S.C. Ann. § 1-23-110(3). Accordingly,
