ORDERS:
ORDER
The above-entitled case was established as a file by this Division upon receipt of the request of the
proponent, Clemson University (State Livestock-Poultry Health Division) for a hearing on
proposed regulation pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-111. There is no longer the necessity for
a hearing in that the proponent did not receive the required request by twenty-five (25) person for
it as mandated pursuant to S.C. Ann. § 1-23-110(3). (See attached letter dated November 28,
1994.) Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be stricken from the docket.
