ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On February 26, 2003, a letter was
received from Kenneth S. Inman, Jr., Attorney for Respondent, requesting that the above referenced case be dismissed
based upon previous correspondence from Respondent to Petitioner wherein the Secretary of State waived the fine in the
above referenced matter. Copies of said documents are attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There being no
further controversy,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed..
