ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the request of the South Carolina
Department of Public Safety relating to updating training regulations of the Criminal Justice Academy.
On April 30, 2002, a letter was received from Rachel Erwin, Office of Executive Affairs advising the Court that no requests
for public hearing were received, therefore requesting that the hearing in this matter be cancelled.
For the foregoing reason, it is ORDERED that the above captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing
scheduled for Friday, May 3, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. is hereby cancelled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
