ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon the request of the South Carolina
Department of Social Services relating to proposed regulations for requirements of foster parents.
The Court was advised by letter dated January 31, 2002, from Susan Anderson, attorney for the Department of
Social Services that the Department did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations in the
above matter and that the hearing will not be necessary.
For the foregoing reason, it is ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Thursday, February 14, 2002, at 11:30 a.m. is
canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 01-ALJ-18-0549-RH is hereby
dismissed.
