ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) pursuant to the request of the South Carolina
Department of Revenue (Department) for a hearing on the proposed repeal of certain regulations. A Hearing was scheduled
for January 14, 2002. However, because the Department determined that no hearing was needed pursuant to S.C. Code
Ann. § 1-23-110 (Supp. 2000), the Department has withdrawn its request for a public hearing regarding the matter. Finding
good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 14, 2002, is cancelled and this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
