ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation(s) is set for May 8, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. The Court was
advised by letter dated April 30, 2001, from Susan Duncan, Assistant Legislative Liaison for the South
Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, that the Board of Registration Manufactured
Housing did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulations in the above matter, and
that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for May 8, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 01-ALJ-11-0102-RH is hereby dismissed.
