ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A hearing on the proposed amendments to the above-referenced regulation was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December
13, 2000, at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Edgar A. Brown Building, 1205 Pendleton Street, Columbia, South Carolina.
By letter dated November 30, 2000, T. Douglas Concannon, Esquire, of the South Carolina Department of Insurance, informed the
Administrative Law Judge Division that the Department is withdrawing the proposed regulation to continue drafting. The
Department, therefore, is not prepared to have a hearing regarding this regulation.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2000, is canceled and this
matter is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
