ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was pending before this tribunal, pursuant to the request of
Patricia E. Griswold for a hearing on the decision issued by the South Carolina Department of Labor,
Licensing and Regulation, State Board of Nursing. On December 16, 1997, Mr. Svalina, Attorney
for Ms. Griswold, filed a letter with the Division stating that she was withdrawing her request for
a hearing. By withdrawing the request, it appears that no further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
