ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter comes before the undersigned pursuant to a Notice of Appeal which was filed
on July 3, 1997. The parties have reached an agreement settling all matters relating to the appeal
and wish to dismiss this action.
Therefore, pursuant to an agreement between the parties, this appeal action is dismissed.
