ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §
41-16-180 and S.C. Code Ann. §§ 1-23-310 et seq. (1986 and Supp. 1995) for a hearing pursuant
to a citation issued to McIntosh & Sherard, Attorneys ("Respondent"), by the South Carolina
Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Office of Elevator and Amusement Rides
("Petitioner"). It now appears that the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the citation issued to
Respondent, pursuant to the attached letter dated June 25, 1996. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the citation issued by Petitioner is withdrawn, pursuant to their
request, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned matter now being moot is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
