ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to Petitioner’s Request for Injunctive Relief and for an
Expedited Hearing regarding an Order to Cease and Desist Unlawful Activity. During a telephone
conference with attorneys for both parties on April 13, 2004, the parties agreed that a contested case
hearing has not yet been held before South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation,
Board of Funeral Service. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be dismissed so that Petitioner can exhaust its
administrative remedies by requesting a contested case hearing before South Carolina Department
of Labor, Licensing & Regulation, Board of Funeral Service;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
