ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On April 23, 1998, Sharon Dantzler, Attorney for Petitioner, filed a motion to dismiss the
above-captioned matter. In its Motion to Dismiss, Petitioner indicated that Respondent has paid
the fine imposed by the Department and that there remains no matter at issue in this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
