ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH RIGHT TO REINSTATE
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division and was originally
assigned to Judge Alison Renee Lee. The case was subsequently re-assigned to Judge Ray N.
Stevens on February 23, 1999.
Pursuant to status reports filed by the parties, it appears that a Civil Action, Civil Action Number
97-CP-26-4088, is pending in Circuit Court in Horry County. Adjudication of the Civil Action will
resolve the contested case pending before this Court.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED
Pursuant to ALJD Rule 52 and SCRCP 41(a) this matter is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
When this matter is ready for decision, Petitioner shall move to reinstate the case, with notice to all
parties.
