ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, Petitioner moved this tribunal on April 29, 1996 to withdraw
Citation #312-96, which was issued to Respondent. The Motion to Withdraw Citation #312-96 is
hereby incorporated by reference and attached hereto. Upon the withdrawal of Citation #312-96,
there are no issues of dispute.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Citation #312-96 is
hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
