CONSENT ORDER

Before hearing of this matter, the parties entered into an agreement concerning the issues to be presented to the Administrative Law Judge Division. By this agreement, the Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation - Division of Labor, agrees to reduce the penalty assessed against the Respondent, InterMedia Marketing Solutions, to FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) DOLLARS. The Respondent agrees to provide to the Petitioner, on or before July 1, 2001, written documentation of the changes implemented in the administration of its payroll system to assure that wages are paid in a timely fashion. The Respondent also agrees to withdraw its notice of contest of citation #624-01.



I have reviewed the terms of this agreement and find that it is consistent with the purposes of the South Carolina Payment of Wages Act and in the best interest of the public.



IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the agreement between the parties be approved and that this protest be dismissed.



AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
